Depending on the issue will depend if this article can help.
- Can you open any other office package ie; word, excel? If YES, this is only affecting your Outlook Application proceed to the next step. If NO please log an IT Support Ticket
- Did you double click on the desktop? Can you try again please?
- Any error messages? If YES, please screenshot or snippet the error and send this into IT Support
- Access your emails - please log into www.office.com, use your email address and your normal password (this will be the same as IFS and logging into your device). If this works without any issue please contact IT Support and they will be able to assist.
- Do you have an error; username or password invalid? You will need to use the correct username/password: example Joe Bloggs email address would be JBloggs@jtomlinson.co.uk
- Error message - Your account has been blocked please contact your administrator - Please call 01159574360
All issues will need a ticket raising if you are unable to do so this will be done when calling the team. As much information as possible will be key to resolve your issue as fast as we can.
