An add-in are for some features that we use to aid our Outlook.
- Mimecast
- Message Save
- Avaya (replacing Sept 2022)
If you don't have these features enabled you can do so by following the guide below
- click on File
- Options
- Add-ins
- If you are missing any of the features you will need to change the "Manage" drop down to Disabled Items and click "Go..."
- This will open the disabled add-ins
- Select the disabled feature and click enable
- Change the "Manage" option to "COM Add-ins" and click "Go..."
- Ensue that the tick box is selected if not please select this and click "OK"
You will then be able to access the feature. Any issues please advise through an IT Support ticket, with screenshots of any error messages if possible.
